When was Floreat Homes established?

Floreat Homes was established in 2016 to deliver immersive, positive and fulfilling homes. Floreat Homes is part of Connexus, an organisation with over 600 colleagues and 10,000 homes in its portfolio.

How much is the reservation fee?

£1,000 

Can carpets be fitted on-top of underfloor heating?

Yes, the cosy warmth will pass through carpets as it does with other floor coverings. The heating systems are extremely energy efficient with low running costs and tailored temperature control. 

What warranty will I receive with the property?

All homes come with a 2 year developer warranty and a 10 year LABC warranty.

Are the properties Freehold or Leasehold?

All properties are Freehold apart from the apartments.

Will I have property support?

Yes, if within the 2 year developer warranty our after sales team are here to help. For emergencies this support is 24/7.

Are playgrounds included within Radbrook Village?

While Radbrook Village has extensive green space there are no specific play areas. Radbrook Village is however within a short distance of other play facilities.

Is an affordable housing scheme part of Radbrook Village?

In phase 4 we have 4 shared ownership 3 bedroom homes, with shares available from 10%. In our earlier phases, 22 apartments were built for elderly people. These apartments have a focus upon Independent Living.

Is there an access road?

Yes, main road access is provided via the Radbrook Road (A488) roundabout.

What garden sizes should I expect?

Homes generally include a generous sized garden. Please contact the team for specific plot sizes.

What type of Broadband access is available

Fibre broadband is supplied directly to all homes.
